  3. M.Y.O.B. displays the selected report on the screen exactly as it would appear on

  5. your printer.

  9. ÀáNote:Àá  Your Page Setup selections affect the screen display.  If, for example, you 
  10.  
  11. have landscape (sideways) orientation selected in Page Setup, your reports 
  12.  
  13. screen display is approximately 11 inches wide. If your Page Setup orientation is 
  14.  
  15. portrait, the display is approximately 8 inches wide.  Use the horizontal scroll bar to 
  16.  
  17. view the right side of the report.

  21. To print a screen report, choose Print from the File menu.

  25. Unlike the Printer option, you are not warned if the selected report does not fit

  27. in the screen display.

  31. If you are running System 7.0, you can publish a report directly from

  33. the screen report.

  37. To publish a new edition of a screen report, select Publishing - Create

  39. Publisher from the Edit menu.  The next time you look at the Index to Reports,

  41. you'll see a small shaded rectangle to the left of the report name,

  43. indicating it has a published edition.

  47. To publish a report to an existing edition, either double-click on the screen 
  48.  
  49. report, or select Publishing - Publisher Options from the Edit menu. Click on

  51. the 'Send Edition Now' button to publish the report immediately. Or select the

  53. 'On Save' radio button to publish the report automatically every time you save 
  54.  
  55. the data file.

  59. ÀáNote:Àá  M.Y.O.B. has a single screen report window.  If you generate two screen

  61. reports,  the second report will replace the first report.
